Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures. ## Description SUMMARY: The Business Intelligence Report Developer/Product BA is responsible for building and maintaining complex interactive data visualizations, online dashboards and related report output using Tableau and other BI/reporting tools for analytics product line., * Interacts with product leaders to understand the vision and direction of analytics product line. * Designs, develops, and supports interactive dashboards and reports that align with product vision. * Recommends dashboards per Tableau (or other BI tool) visualization features. * Draws upon full range of BI platform technologies to design and implement proof of concept solutions and create advanced BI visualizations. * Performs acceptance testing of new reports, programs, and models. * Documents business requirements and methods used to generate work output. * Drives analytic innovation and best practices. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management., * Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time;
