## About the Role

* 3+ years of IT/computer support experience - or a degree in IT, Computer Science, or Information Systems (new grads welcome to apply!)
 * Familiarity with Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Active Directory
 * Helpdesk/ticketing system experience a plus
 * Strong communication skills - comfortable supporting all levels of end users, including executives
 * A problem-solver who takes ownership and documents things well

## Description

We're hiring a Desktop System Administrator to be the go-to person for hands-on IT support - keeping our end users, hardware, and systems running smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

 * Provide second-level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
 * Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and video conferencing equipment
 * Image and deploy machines using SCCM/Symantec Ghost
 * Support specialized engineering software (AutoCAD, UG, CATIA, Solidworks, etc.)
 * Set up new equipment, network print queues, and user workstations
 * Troubleshoot and patch corporate software applications
 * Track and resolve issues through our ticketing system
 * Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors and other IT teams
