We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to deliver mission critical programs to build the leading edge infrastructure behind this experience as well as build new delightful customer experiences in this space., Key responsibilities for the role will include: * Running high visibility programs across multiple teams in Amazon Rufus. * Managing stakeholders across these teams as well as senior leadership of Search and adjacent orgs. * Mentoring and growing other technical leaders to help them scale and lead mission critical initiatives. * Using data and key metrics, to drive improvements that enhance our operational effectiveness. You will be a part of a leading edge research and development team and will work on many aspects of the Amazon business. About the team We are a part of Amazon Search focused on building a LLM-based conversational shopping experience called Rufus (search for Amazon Rufus).
