## Description

Apex Systems has an Immediate Need for a Windows System Administrator in Panama City, FL (Tyndall AFB) !! This will be an "est. 8-10+ Month Contract" opportunity, supporting one of our Largest DoD / Government Clients across the East Coast! Please See Below for all Position Details & How To Apply., Troubleshoot, Install, & maintain servers, operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS), applications, and hardware.

 - Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
 - Implement and maintain system security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
 - Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
 - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
 - Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, etc.)

PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance as a condition and continuation of employment*
