* Administer SQL Server environments across DevTestProd
 * Manage HADR solutions including Always On clustering and log shipping
 * Perform backup recovery patching and upgrades
 * Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues
 * Implement and maintain security controls including encryption and auditing
 * Ensure compliance with ITAR and regulatory standards
 * Automate DBA tasks using TSQL and PowerShell
 * Support audits with proper documentation and evidence
 * Collaborate with application infra and security teams
