Desired Skills/Experience: * AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent certification with other Cloud Service Providers. * Experience with state agencies such as Health and Human Services, Revenue, Transportation, or Labor and Workforce Development. * Medicaid or public benefits program technology experience. * Oracle database environments and migration strategies. * Awareness of Appian, ServiceNow, or low-code/BPM platforms in government sufficient to drive solutions that incorporate them. * Awareness of enterprise data platforms and BI tooling (e.g., Snowflake, Informatica, Tableau) sufficient to drive solutions that incorporate them. ## Description SMX is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect and Growth Lead for our State & Local Government practice. You will own product development, solution design and technical delivery for complex, multi-agency cloud migration, application modernization, AI/ML, and data & analytics engagements. This is a client-facing role with both delivery accountability and business development responsibilities - you'll work directly with state executives, lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and contribute to proposals and capture efforts.
