The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing incentive compensation solutions on the Varicent platform while integrating data from Snowflake, core banking systems, and other enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who can serve as a technical lead for the Varicent platform while driving enterprise data integration across Snowflake and core banking ecosystems.
