Other Requirements * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * A self-starter with a mind for problem-solving * Availability for occasional travel to regional offices * A focus on customer service and end-user experience * Willingness to learn and develop technical skills on the job Monday- Friday 40 hour weekly schedule and benefits once on the company payroll. ## Description Our client, a Glastonbury CT supplier of physical technology components, is seeking a motivated, self-starting, focused individual to join our IT team as an IT Asset Management Technician. The person will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, inventorying, packaging, and shipping computer hardware and related technology equipment. This role ensures accurate asset tracking, proper handling of sensitive electronics, and timely delivery of equipment to internal departments, customers, or vendors.
