## About the Role

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys solving technical problems and helping people., * Previous experience in Technical Support, Product Support, Help Desk, Customer Support, or a similar technical customer-facing role.

 * Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML.
 * Experience with Python or another programming language is a plus.
 * Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to understand technical documentation and quickly learn new technologies.
 * Excellent written and spoken English.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take ownership of customer issues.
 * A proactive mindset and willingness to continuously improve.

## Description

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically curious, comfortable reading documentation, and confident investigating issues until you find the right solution.

If you like troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and communicating with customers, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a world-class technology company and continuously develop your technical skills.

What You'll Do

 * Become a product expert and help customers successfully use Bright Data's platform.
 * Provide professional technical support via email and phone.
 * Troubleshoot customer issues and identify root causes.
 * Explain technical concepts in a clear and customer-friendly way.
 * Recommend best practices and optimal workflows.
 * Work closely with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
 * Handle multiple customer requests while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.
 * Continuously learn about new product features and technologies.
