Preferred Skills/Experience: * 2+ years of healthcare experience preferred. * Python or similar scripting exposure preferred. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to effectively prioritize competing projects. * Highly collaborative individual capable of navigating a matrixed environment. * Proactively and independently learns and utilizes new technology, concepts, and procedures as appropriate to project requirements. Physical Requirements: * Candidate must reside within a commutable distance to Cary, NC or Fort Worth, TX. * Up to 10% travel nationwide. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization experience preferred. The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst is a key role in supporting organizational readiness, performance, client management, and the overall success of services within the company. This role directly supports the organization's Business Intelligence function by taking a lead role in providing quality checks for data reports delivered to clients, individually completing complex analyses and ad hoc requests, assessing and communicating opportunities for data quality improvement, providing communication and product support to clients receiving pharmacy data, and delivering high-quality reports. The Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst also takes a lead role in recurring and ad hoc projects, including report UAT and developing processes to streamline and improve data communication. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail and the ability to provide a consistently high-level of data quality assurance. The candidate must exhibit the ability to problem solve and analyze issues, as well as research root causes. The candidate must have communication skills that enable them to interact with internal and external clients in a meaningful and fruitful way.
