Enterprise Product Management * Experience working within large, complex, matrixed organizations. * Ability to align multiple stakeholders, business units, and delivery teams. * Success supporting enterprise-scale product initiatives rather than isolated feature delivery. Financial Services Experience * Demonstrated experience in banking, fintech, lending, cards, or other regulated financial environments. * Understanding of compliance, governance, and risk management considerations. * Product management experience within Cards and Lending is strongly preferred. * Candidates without banking, credit union, lending, cards, or other regulated financial services experience will not be a fit for this opportunity. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in highly regulated environments where risk, compliance, governance, and member/customer experience are critical components of product delivery. Responsibilities In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between product strategy and delivery execution.
