## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
 * 8+ years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, system integration, or related field, * Strong experience with hardware/software integration in manufacturing environments
 * Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex system-level issues (hardware, software, networking)
 * Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing or production operations
 * Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
 * Experience with server, storage, or GPU-based systems in a manufacturing/test environment
 * Knowledge of manufacturing test infrastructure
 * Strong background in process automation, scripting, or tooling development
 * Experience working across global teams and time zones
 * Familiarity with root cause methodologies, yield improvement, and continuous improvement frameworks
 * Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills

## Description

* Serve as the primary Test Engineering focal point supporting MFP manufacturing operations
 * Lead integration, deployment, and optimization of manufacturing test infrastructure and systems
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex, system-level test failures across hardware, software, and network environments
 * Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement scalable, long-term corrective actions
 * Partner with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and global sites) to deliver solutions
 * Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and minimize manual processes
 * Support global operations across multiple time zones, ensuring rapid issue resolution and continuity
 * Design and scale future-ready test frameworks to support emerging platforms (e.g., GPU, high-performance systems)
 * Improve manufacturing turnaround time, yield, and test stability
