User Experience (UX) Design, * Act as the in-house expert on human-centered design thinking, widely deploying it across projects and re-design initiatives within the organization.

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

 * Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

 * Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

 * Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the overall user experience.

 * Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed.

 * Ensure designs are consistent with organizational branding and design standards.

 * Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and technologies.

 * Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions.

 * Measure qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.

 * Craft and maintain a modern design system/UX framework.
