Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems (Jira, lighthouse, Bugzilla, etc.) Experience troubleshooting Linux. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative, and leadership abilities. * Effective analytical, planning, organizational, and documentation skills. * Proven ability to multitask and prioritize while under pressure. * Experience working with Fortune Global 500, highly integrated, multi-vendor ecosystems with OC to OC communications. * LINUX and/or MS certifications are an asset * US citizenship required ## Description As an Operations Engineer, you will be part of an international team that monitors and maintains more than 14,000 servers, and 250 network devices located in more than 8 data centers worldwide. NOC Engineers troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex network, hardware, and OS issues in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a 99.99% uptime rate for all systems. Given the global nature of our business our Engineers work in a rotating shift pattern.
