 * Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
 * Knowledge of event-driven architecture using Kafka or similar systems.
 * Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
 * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of application security, OAuth/JWT, and secure coding practices.
 * Proven leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills in Agile environments.

## Description

* Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, microservices architecture, and modern frontend frameworks.
 * Provide technical leadership and hands-on development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and frontend technologies like Angular or React.
 * Develop and design RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
 * Mentor team members to build scalable, maintainable, and high-quality code.
 * Implement best practices in CI/CD, security, and performance optimization.
 * Lead architecture and roadmap discussions for backend and frontend systems.
 * Ensure thorough testing, automation, and defect resolution across the stack.
