Additional Information This position follows a Hybrid work style (2-3 days a week in office). The candidate must live close to one of our designated IT locations: Louisville, KY; Tampa, FL; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Dallas/Frisco, TX; Boston, MA; Washington, D.C: Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, Chicago, IL, or Charlotte, NC. ## Description The IT PMO Manager provides leadership for program and project management practitioners across CenterWell Home and Primary Care Organization IT teams, ensuring consistent execution of delivery standards, program and project discipline, and delivery health management. This role leads and develops program managers and project managers, strengthens delivery capabilities, and partners with portfolio, finance, and business leaders to ensure approved initiatives are executed effectively, dependencies are actively managed, and outcomes are achieved. This role is accountable for program and project delivery excellence and team capability, while partnering with (but not owning) portfolio governance and demand decision making. Program & Project Delivery Management * Ensure consistent application of program and project management methodologies, standards, and templates. * Provide oversight of end-to-end program and project execution, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks. * Manage cross-project and cross-program dependencies to ensure coordinated delivery of outcomes. * Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, blockers, and complex interdependencies. * Intervene early to stabilize at-risk programs or projects and drive corrective action. * Ensure initiatives meet readiness criteria and delivery expectations throughout the lifecycle. Resource & Capacity Manager * Lead PMO resource planning and capacity management for programs and projects. * Partner with the Associate Director, portfolio leaders, and functional managers to align resources with approved initiatives. * Assign practitioners based on capability, workload, and development needs. * Identify and escalate resource constraints that may impact delivery commitments. * Ensures people are matched to work that fit their skills and growth plans. Program Management * Partner with finance and portfolio managers to manage program and project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation. * Deliver executive-level reporting on program health, status, KPIs, and strategic alignment. * Facilitate program governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership * Build strong working relationships with business leaders, technology leaders, and delivery partners. * Partner closely with portfolio management, finance, and governance teams to support execution of approved programs and projects. * Serve as a trusted advisor on delivery health, delivery risks, and execution best practices. * Ensure communication strategies are timely, accurate, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
