Preferred Qualifications * SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner). * Experience supporting financial-services or regulated-industry application development. * Background in coaching multiple teams simultaneously within a scaled Agile environment. * Familiarity with cloud-native development, microservices, or API-driven architectures. Success Criteria * Teams consistently meet sprint commitments and demonstrate predictable delivery. * ART ceremonies run smoothly with strong cross-team alignment. * Continuous improvement is visible through measurable gains in velocity, quality, and flow. * Stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and actionable communication. * Teams demonstrate increased Agile maturity and autonomy over time. ## Description The Senior Scrum Master serves as a servant-leader and Agile delivery expert for multiple cross-functional development teams operating within a SAFe Scaled Agile environment.
