This role requires deep industry relationships, strong technical understanding of data center infrastructure, and proven track record to critically assess market availability versus realistic delivery schedules. The ideal candidate will lead the partnership between finance, construction, and strategic planning-ensuring that site selection and capacity tracking directly align with company demand.
