* 10+ years in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure at a senior or principal level

 * Proven experience running complex CI/CD environments at scale

 * Deep expertise with Terraform and cloud-native infrastructure

 * Strong DevSecOps mindset (security automation, compliance, policy enforcement)

 * Experience building observability for distributed systems

 * Advanced knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, IAM, and networking
