Do you have experience in Windows?, * 2+ years in IT support/help desk, with proven troubleshooting experience

 * hardware knowledge, you could build a PC from scratch
 * You know how to utilize Claude Code to vibe out an app
 * Ability to manage components in Exchange, Entra and Intune
 * Strong knowledge of Windows/ Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra, and common peripherals.
 * Excellent customer service mindset-patient, positive, and solutions-oriented.
 * Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment, ask smart questions, and own outcomes.
 * Comfortable in a professional client setting (e.g., law firms-discretion and reliability matter).

## Description

* Be able to plan through and implement software and hardware solutions, whether they be security software endpoints, to dealing with SD-WANs.
 * Bring Experience, and your ideas
 * Diagnose network/LAN/firewall problems to maintain secure, high-performance environments.
 * Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripherals, and endpoints.
 * Use ticketing and remote tools to document, track, and close incidents efficiently.
 * Provide clear, empathetic communication to our clients
 * Collaborate on escalated tickets, share knowledge in team sessions, and help improve processes.
