REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and or equivalent work experience. * JavaScript programming abilities building web applications * Hands-on experience with API integration and development (RESTful APIs, webhooks) * Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (user management, workflows, custom objects, reports) * Working knowledge of NetSuite administration (customization, saved searches, workflows) * Proven ability to work independently and self-manage projects * Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking * Strong communication skills to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions * Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
