Our core focus areas include: * Git and GitHub workflow integration for Salesforce core CRM * Developer experience optimization across the Git-based development lifecycle * Scalability and performance of Git operations at Salesforce core CRM scale * Strategic partnerships with multiple internal Engineering teams * Long-term architectural evolution to support core CRM's growing needs You will combine deep technical expertise in version control systems and CI/CD with people-first leadership to deliver mission-critical capabilities that every Salesforce core CRM engineer depends on, every day. This role requires deep collaboration across multiple platform teams, and the ability to balance immediate developer needs with long-term platform evolution.
