 * Lead, coach, and grow a team of Solutions Engineers supporting Mid-Market accounts.
 * Partner with sales leadership to drive revenue growth and shape customer solutions.
 * Build repeatable processes, tools, and best practices to support a high-volume business.
 * Strengthen the team's expertise in Atlassian software during the pre-sales process, helping customers see the value of our tools and how they can transform the way they work.
 * Jump in on key customer engagements to build trust and showcase Atlassian solutions.
 * Collaborate with sales, product, and partner teams to align strategies and customer outcomes.
