This role serves as the primary coordination and communication bridge between project leadership, implementation teams, agency stakeholders, and assigned business and technical components. The Implementation Integration Lead helps maintain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups by facilitating communication, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking dependencies, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact requirements, design, testing, deployment, and readiness efforts. Working closely with the Project Manager and PMO team, this role supports successful delivery by improving stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and implementation readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
