* 9+ years of overall Salesforce experience with strong technical leadership capabilities.
 * 6+ years of experience delivering solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
 * 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce integration solutions using REST, SOAP, and Web Service APIs.
 * Minimum 1 year of experience supporting Insurance clients.
 * Proven experience leading cross-functional, distributed, and offshore delivery teams.
 * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and platform best practices.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills., * Experience leading enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
 * Additional Salesforce Architect certifications.
 * Experience performing solution governance and technical architecture reviews.
 * Prior experience in client-facing consulting or leadership roles.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Insurance clients. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can guide development teams, drive architectural decisions, establish best practices, and ensure successful project delivery across global teams., · Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce platform technologies.

· Drive technical decision-making, including evaluating configuration versus custom code approaches.

· Oversee the development of scalable solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

· Lead the design and implementation of integrations using REST, SOAP, and Web Service APIs.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.

· Guide development teams to ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.

· Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and promote technical excellence across the team.

· Own technical estimates for design, development, testing, deployment, and training activities.

· Coordinate with client stakeholders and offshore teams to ensure successful project execution
