Measures of Success: * Backlogs are well-managed, prioritized, and aligned with customer and business goals. * Teams consistently deliver clear, testable, high-quality solutions. * Stakeholders have visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and release readiness. * Agile teams deliver predictable business value and improved customer outcomes. * Product Owners demonstrate strong backlog management, prioritization, and customer-focused decision-making. ## Description The Senior Manager, Agile Product Owner helps Agile teams deliver solutions that meet customer and business needs. This role turns product strategies and priorities into clear, actionable work for delivery teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer, manage and prioritize the team backlog, and help ensure high-quality products are delivered on time. You will lead Product Owners and partner closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Engineering, Architecture, Quality Assurance, Operations, and business stakeholders.
