Stakeholder Communication & Alignment * Establish clear communication models and cadences with executives, product leaders, technical teams, and business partners. * Lead planned and ad-hoc meetings to review progress, surface risks, and drive decisions. * Prepare and deliver concise status updates, dashboards, and executive-level readouts. * Create polished, visually engaging presentations that simplify complex messages and stakeholder input into clear, compelling presentations, using strong visual storytelling to effectively communicate intent, progress, and outcomes. Cross-Functional Delivery * Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to prioritize work, remove blockers, and ensure commitment to delivery plans. * Support teams in clarifying requirements, scope, and acceptance criteria to enable efficient execution. * Ensure alignment across product, technology, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Risk, Issue, and Escalation Management * Proactively identify project risks, issues, and interdependencies. * Develop and execute mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track. * Tactfully escalate issues at the right time and to the right stakeholders to drive resolution. Data, Metrics, and Reporting * Define and track key delivery metrics related to project health, timelines, and outcomes. * Leverage tools such as Clarity, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Smartsheet to analyze data and produce meaningful insights. * Create reports, dashboards, and summaries that support decision-making and prioritization.
