## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications and AI-powered workflows.
 * Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, Llama) and AI application development.
 * Expertise in LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar agent frameworks.
 * Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgVector), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration.
 * Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
 * Strong Full Stack development experience with:

 * Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices
 * React, TypeScript, Redux
 * REST APIs and enterprise integrations

Experience with SQL Server, database optimization, and high-volume data processing.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines., Strong understanding of secure coding practices, software architecture, and cloud-native development.

Experience building enterprise AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows.

Preferred Skills

 * Python experience for AI automation and backend services.
 * Experience integrating AI solutions with financial systems, ERP platforms, or business applications.
 * Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI platforms.
 * Experience mentoring teams in AI-first software development practices.
