* Strong hands-on experience with SQL scripting, SSIS, reporting, and process automation.

Our client is seeking a hands-on Sr Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL and automation expertise to help modernize reporting, streamline processes, and solve critical business challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment., * Develop and maintain SQL scripts, SSIS packages, and automated reporting solutions.

 * Design dashboards and reports that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
 * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase reporting efficiency.
 * Support healthcare analytics initiatives across multiple business areas.
 * Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot reporting and data issues.
 * Ensure data accuracy while meeting critical reporting deadlines.
 * Support regulatory and operational reporting requirements.
