You'll have the opportunity to lead various projects while remaining highly involved in architecture, development, integrations, continuous improvement initiatives, and application support.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Drive continuous improvement across applications, integrations, automation processes, and business workflows
 * Design, build, and enhance internal applications, APIs, and system integrations
 * Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes and technology capabilities across the organization
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend solutions
 * Troubleshoot application, integration, and data-related issues
 * Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and maintainability
 * Respond to data inquiries and help users understand system behavior
 * Build trusted relationships across the business as a technical advisor and problem solver
 * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
 * Hands-on in technical delivery
 * Understanding of application lifecycle, patch management
