## Description

SMX is seeking a Network and Computer Systems Administrator to provide 24x7 operational support for classified enterprise systems and mission networks. Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, incident response, break/fix support, configuration management, patch management, and system availability for critical Army mission systems., * Provide 24x7 operational support for enterprise systems.

 * Perform system monitoring and health checks.
 * Respond to outages and service interruptions.
 * Execute break/fix activities.
 * Implement patches and security updates.
 * Maintain system configurations.
 * Support change management processes.
 * Troubleshoot server and network issues.
 * Document incidents and corrective actions.
 * Coordinate with engineering teams during maintenance windows.
