## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 development, Power Platform, automation, APIs, and integration patterns.
 * Experience building enterprise business solutions with secure data access and reusable components.
 * Strong understanding of application lifecycles, testing, deployment, and governance in enterprise environments.
 * Ability to work across low-code and pro-code delivery models.
 * Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.

Preferred

 * Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, enterprise search grounding, and agent orchestration.
 * Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development workflows.
 * Experience in regulated environments and enterprise-grade delivery standards.
 * Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus

## Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to design, build, and implement enterprise AI and automation solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, connector integrations, and agent-enabled business workflows.

This role will lead complex implementation work, establish development standards, mentor junior developers, and accelerate delivery of reusable enterprise capabilities., * Build enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related services.

 * Develop advanced automations, integrations, reusable components, and agent experiences.
 * Implement connector-based access to enterprise and LOB systems in alignment with architecture patterns.
 * Translate architecture and product requirements into scalable, supportable solutions.
 * Support solution packaging, ALM, testing, release readiness, and operational handoff.
 * Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Mentor junior developers and contribute to coding standards, design reviews, and dev best practices.
 * Collaborate with architects, product managers, reporting teams, and security/governance stakeholders.
