5+ years of ETL Development experience
Strong ETL development background with experience designing, building, and maintaining data integration workflows
Experience with Apache NiFi preferred; candidates without NiFi experience must have a strong Data Engineering background and experience with similar ETL/data integration tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Strong problem-solving and investigative mindset; able to ask the right questions, understand business requirements, and identify root causes rather than simply executing tickets
Ability to contribute informed recommendations around data strategy and data movement solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple product and engineering teams
