## About the Role

This is a hands-on engineering management role for an experienced tech lead who wants to step up without leaving the keyboard. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead 1-3 teams of 3-6 full-stack engineers, serving as both their senior technical authority and people leader. You will contribute code, define technical strategy, and recruit, develop, and mentor engineers to help them grow and succeed. Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) has reshaped how engineering work gets done. With tasks becoming smaller, more clearly defined, and easier to distribute, an engineering manager's greatest impact comes from delivering hands-on solutions and orchestrating AI agents alongside the team, rather than coordinating handoffs.
