This position is responsible for maintaining the local IT infrastructure, supporting end users, administering servers and networks, and participating in company-wide technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, improving business processes through technology, and supporting a modern manufacturing environment., * Provide day-to-day technical support for end users , including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and business applications. * Administer and support the local server environment, storage systems, and backups. * Maintain and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure. * Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and related cloud technologies. * Maintain mobile device management and telecommunications systems. * Support manufacturing and industrial IT systems used throughout the production environment. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in a timely manner . * Partner with the Global IT team to implement infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity initiatives, and new technologies. * Participate in global IT projects , ensuring assigned deliverables are completed on time. * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business applications and technical platforms. * Recommend process improvements and lead smaller IT projects that improve operational efficiency. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides. * Ensure compliance with company security standards, policies, and best practices. * Provide after-hours support as needed for critical business operations.
