* Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
 * 2+ years of related IT support / desktop administration experience
 * Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and end-user computing devices
 * Knowledge of device lifecycle management and inventory tracking
 * Familiarity with change management processes (updates, modifications, deployments)
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills (intermediate level)
 * Ability to follow IT policies, standards, and security procedures
 * Solid verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to document technical procedures, issues, and resolutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

 * Experience contributing to process improvement using Lean concepts or metrics
 * Exposure to root cause analysis and corrective action processes
 * Experience in cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability identification
 * Experience working in structured enterprise IT environments with global standards
 * Ability to present to small groups or stakeholders

## Description

* Provide IT support to internal users, ensuring service excellence
 * Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, thin clients, and related hardware
 * Track and maintain device and software inventory throughout lifecycle
 * Executes system updates, changes, and decommissions following change management protocols
 * Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues, escalating when necessary
 * Contribute to process improvements using data, metrics, and Lean methodologies
 * Participate in root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
 * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity practices and report any vulnerabilities or incidents
 * Communicate status updates and document all work thoroughly
