Key Competencies * Instructional delivery and facilitation * Curriculum design and strategy * Microsoft 365 technical expertise * Learning evaluation and analytics * Problem-solving, adaptability, and attention to detail * Customer service and stakeholder engagement ## Description * The Training Consultant will deliver high-impact corporate training on Microsoft 365 Suite , company tools, policies, and integrated applications. * The Training Consultant should consider themselves an SME with MS Excel and Word, specifically * You will design, develop, and deliver both instructor-led and virtual training sessions, provide one-on-one coaching, and create asynchronous content (videos, SCORM modules) to meet diverse learner needs., Full-time (40 hours/week) Training Consultant, reporting to the on-site Vendor Training Manager, contributing as part of the training team., Instruction & Delivery * Deliver instructor-led classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 Suite, company tools, policies, and integrated applications. * Provide one-on-one coaching and post-training reinforcement, including online modules and presentations. * Manage course calendar, catalog descriptions, and course updates. Curriculum & Instructional Design * Design, develop, and implement training curricula, materials, manuals, and job aids for varying skill levels and delivery formats. * Assess training needs and customize learning solutions.
