Build & Lead an Exceptional Engineering Team * Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing software engineering organization. * Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Participate directly in software development through architecture design, coding, technical reviews, and pull requests. * Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and DevOps excellence. * Ensure our platforms remain secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing.
