Ability to operate OTDR, Light Meter, VFL and other fiber equipment/tools * OSHA 30/40 strongly preferred * Knowledge of and ability to deploy fixed wireless radios, including millimeter wave (e.g. Siklu, Bridgewave, etc.), preferred * Knowledge of DC power systems a bonus * Very good understanding of building construction, including identifying PT floors, riser vs plenum environments * Ability to create design schematics preferred * Experience using project management software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com) is preferred ## Description The New Development Project Manager will report to the Senior Project Manager - New Development at Honest Networks in our Construction department. They will be responsible for expanding Honest's Gigabit Internet Network into new development apartment complexes in NYC and occasionally in NJ, CT and/or PA. The project manager will work collaboratively with our real estate partners, construction trades, construction managers, technicians and foremen to provide the technical guidance and in-field hands necessary to ensure builds with quality and timeliness. They will coordinate across functions, including working with network engineers, operations and account executives, to ensure successful execution of our build-out. This role is on-site and requires consistent engagement at both new development construction sites in NYC and our warehouse in Lyndhurst, NJ. Responsibilities * Ensure successful execution against construction metrics (time to deploy, minimal network downtime, man hours per job, etc.) and reporting tools necessary for monitoring progress against company build objectives. * Organizing and keeping a clean and efficient job site.
