## About the Role

* 8+ years building large-scale production applications.
 * Strong modern frontend experience plus backend and API depth.
 * Microservices and robust REST API design experience.
 * Experience with event-driven or messaging concepts and databases.
 * CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code experience is a plus.
 * Comfort using AI-assisted development tools. No AI specialization required.
 * Preferred: experience building partner-facing integrations such as SDKs, webhooks, or event streams.
 * Preferred: experience building reusable UI components and design systems.

 * Drive UI modernization with React or Next.js with a focus on usability, performance, and maintainability.
 * Architect and deliver scalable backend services and event-driven integrations as needed.
 * Partner with Product to shape requirements into epics or PRTs, estimate work, and sequence delivery.
 * Raise engineering quality through reviews, testing strategy, observability, security, and operational readiness.
 * Mentor engineers and support execution leads or deputies. Use AI-assisted tools pragmatically.
