## About the Role

Coordinate and support clients during the Velocity Payment System implementation process. Key responsibilities include: project management, product needs analysis, status tracking and management reporting. Additionally, this individual may also be required to provide support to Govolution's sales organization. Sales-related activities will include RFP review and proposal generation, product demonstration; product needs analysis, as well as solution identification.

 * Manage client relationships during the software implementation process and post-production process.- Obtain critical information from all sources to support the client implementation process.- Manage multiple software implementation projects on an ongoing basis.- Conduct product needs analysis for clients; identifying the best product solution to meet their business needs. Identify needs gaps and propose possible solutions.- Address all client issues that arise during the implementation process.- Provide status tracking on all implementations, communicating this information to senior management on an as-needed basis.- Review Requests for Proposal (RFP) and assist the Govolution sales organization in drafting proposals.Basic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelor's in related field and 0 years of experience or HS/GED and 4 years of related- MS Office and PC-based tools- Technical aptitude to learn and use software programsAbility to quickly understand Go volution's suite of
electronic payment productsPreferred Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors
