The successful candidate will have strong analytic and communication skills, and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment., Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree combined with 8 years of related experience. - Radar system design/development experience, including signal processing, algorithms, software, data analysis or modeling & simulation - High proficiency in C++ or equivalent object-oriented computing language, Matlab, and, scripting languages. - Experience in requirements management and derivation using tools similar to IBM DOORs - Strong technical leadership skills with demonstrated ability to plan, track and execute engineering tasks to meet program objectives. - Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas: systems engineering, software and system analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test. - Experience working with customers to drive complex technical issues/challenges to closure. - Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD security clearance at the SECRET level. U.S. Citizenship required. Desired Skills: - Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics or equivalent - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to complete technical objectives on schedule and within budget. - Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation. - Demonstrated analytical, applied mathematics and problem-solving skills - Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment, familiarity of toolsets similar to JIRA. - CAM/EVM fundamentals with experience in staffing projections, full software product development lifecycle, inchstone planning and proposal/new contract planning.
