 * Microsoft Expertise: Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure und Intune mit.
 * Netzwerk & Infrastruktur: Du hast solides Know-how in Netzwerken, Firewalls, Datacenter-Umgebungen, Virtualisierung und Storage.
 * Hybrid Cloud Skills: Du kennst dich mit hybriden IT-Architekturen (On-Premise & Cloud) und deren Betrieb aus.
 * IT-Security Know-how: Du verfügst über Erfahrung in Endpoint Protection, Firewall-Administration, IT-Security und Incident Response.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie über grundlegende Englischkenntnisse für die technische Kommunikation.
 * Leadership Potential: Du hast erste Führungserfahrung oder die klare Motivation, ein IT-Team fachlich und organisatorisch zu leiten.
 * Kunden- & Serviceorientierung: Du kommunizierst sicher mit Kunden und intern und arbeitest stets lösungs- und serviceorientiert.
