Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, intellectual curiosity, and the initiative to independently solve problems and continuously improve both the product and the way work gets done., * Required + Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. + Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to organize, model, analyze, and validate data. + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Experience with Git and Snowflake is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem is highly desirable. + Excellent attention to detail. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Preferred + Exposure to Power BI through coursework, internships, or personal projects. + Basic SQL knowledge. + Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling concepts. + Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate learning, troubleshoot problems, and improve productivity.
