The Sr. PM leverages strong communication skills and knowledge of process improvement methodologies and project planning to ensure success. The Sr. PM will demonstrate proficiency in project management tasks, strategies, and tools. They will develop tooling and processes leveraged across our program by our broader project team and educate the team accordingly. They will also assist with identifying and acting on areas for process improvement. The Sr. PM will be able to operate in the role independently, within defined policies and procedures.
