In this role, you will bridge the gap between classic SAP landscape management and Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for clearing roadblocks, optimizing sprint velocity, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality SAP solutions that align with business priorities. * The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and a solid understanding of SAP project lifecycles, configuration tracking, and cross-team dependencies., * Experience: 3+ years of experience acting as a dedicated Scrum Master, with at least 1-2 years specifically embedded within SAP implementation, roll-out, or sustainment projects (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SuccessFactors). * Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is highly preferred. * SAP Framework Literacy: Strong understanding of how Agile fits into the SAP Activate methodology, including the unique challenges of building, testing, and releasing SAP transports. * Tools: Proficiency with Agile management tools, specifically Jira or Azure DevOps, and familiarity with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) or Focused Build is a major plus. * Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
