 * A minimum of 3 years of experience in federal modernization strategy, enterprise technical documentation, or IT advisory architecture. Your resume must demonstrate deep technical relevance to managing large data flows, system dependencies, and cloud migrations.

## Description

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Architect to support a critical enterprise modernization project for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). This position is dedicated to current-state architecture analysis, system inventory compilation, and future-state roadmap design within a diverse cloud/legacy framework., * Evaluate a complex federal ecosystem involving SharePoint Online, Azure, AWS-hosted WordPress, Dataverse, and custom .NET C# applications.

 * Compile and deliver high-priority technical artifacts, including the System Inventory (Day 30) and the Architecture Baseline Report (Day 35).
 * Design comprehensive, vendor-agnostic modernization strategies backed by a formal Analysis of Alternatives (AOA).
 * Ensure all architectural recommendations strictly align with federal IT, cybersecurity, and records management regulations.
