This is a high-impact, strategic role at the center of our capture, engineering, and proposal development organization, where technical excellence meets winning pursuit strategy. In this role, you will serve as the technical force behind competitive federal proposals, designing innovative, compliant, and mission-aligned solutions that directly influence win probability across DoD, DHS, and Civilian agency pursuits. You won't just support proposals-you will architect the solutions that win them.
