Who This Role Is Best For This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building complex products, cares about product quality, can work independently, and wants to take ownership in an early-stage technical environment. ## Description We are hiring for our client, a seed-stage startup building mission-critical infrastructure software for large-scale data center environments. Their platform helps monitor environmental conditions, predict failures before outages happen, and improve efficiency across complex physical infrastructure. This is a highly technical, early-stage engineering team where incoming hires will have significant ownership and influence as the company moves from MVP to an enterprise-scale platform. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong frontend and product instincts, who is also comfortable working across backend systems. This role will focus on building real-time operational interfaces, dashboards, and tools used to monitor and manage large-scale physical infrastructure. This is not a pure frontend/UI role - backend contribution, API integration, systems thinking, and ownership are all important.
