Good planning, organizational, and decision-making skills * Must be able to solve complex business problems and present recommendations to senior management * Experience of working with cross-regional, Global teams; Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels in the organization and at client locations for smooth project execution within the schedule. * End-to-end project implementation experience covering activities across multiple phases. * Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and project management skills coupled with the ability to understand the process and quality related to a system. * Understanding and managing financial processes and results related to projects, departmental budgets, and enterprise * Outstanding oral and written communication skills * Proven ability in managing internal and external technical personnel in a fast-paced, complex, global project environment Preferred : * Experience with product management with SOX and GxP compliance processes * Experience with Agile methodology, HPT, and a solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation * Certifications in Business Analysis, Supply Chain Professional or Project Management (PMP certification) or demonstrable experience * Solid experience with MS office tools, as well as experience with Agile, Scrum, and JIRA * Sound knowledge of SAP integrations and APIs and knowledge/ experience in S/4 HANA ## Description We are searching for the best talent for a Director, MedTech Digital Factory OTC to be located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL. The Director is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery across build, test automation, and deployment activities for MedTech ERP and Digital Transformation programs, supporting approximately $2B in global transformation initiatives. This role is accountable for institutionalizing delivery outcomes through the Acceleration Office operating model to enhance efficiency and achieve defined timeline, cost, and value objectives. The position also provides enterprise-scale leadership across Order to Cash, integrations and ecosystems, and ancillary systems-including customer-facing applications, SAP Commerce Cloud, transportation, and warehouse management-while governing the build factory's operating cadence, performance management framework, and continuous improvement agenda. Major Duties & Responsibilities * Manage entire OTC build factory team inclusive of internal/external functional resources and resources as provided by TS service owners (i.e. appdev, integration, security and etc.) * Accountable for product financial targets, define /track metrics to focus on business value realization and operations to improve throughput and quality at lower cost. * Define and institute build factory KPIs that highlight the following: vendor adherence to statement of work (i.e. turnover, continued investment in efficiencies driven by AI advancements, defect density, OTIF and etc.). * Partner with Business Deployment leads and Technical Product Leads and develop demand, product backlog to ensure that the factory leads are utilized efficiently. * Drive strategic organizational and people development activities, including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J.
